Mucho cuidado con adelantar la cabeza y cuello realizando la extensi\u00f3n cr\u00e1neo cervical por que mantendremos constantemente la musculatura paravertebral contra\u00edda lo que dar\u00e1 origen a problemas lumbosacros y lumbalgias de repetici\u00f3n. Si adem\u00e1s corremos con una intensidad que supere las 160puls\/min es muy probable que manteniendo la posici\u00f3n antes citada tengamos dolor en los trapecios al d\u00eda siguiente o cuando terminemos el ejercicio.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-5671 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/remafibc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/postura_corredor-300x164.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"164\" srcset=\"https:\/\/remafibc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/postura_corredor-300x164.png 300w, https:\/\/remafibc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/postura_corredor.png 466w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La ejecuci\u00f3n de los movimientos debe ser coordinada acorde braceo y zancada, si no lo es debe de bajar el ritmo hasta conseguir un ritmo que te permita un movimiento fluido, ya que a m\u00e1s estr\u00e9s o intensidad peor ser\u00e1 el movimiento.
